01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and gaya69 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your access to and use of all services, products, and features provided through the official website gaya69.onl as well as the gaya69 mobile app.
By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this Agreement.
Gaya69 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Players will be notified via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before any significant changes take effect.
02 Member Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use gaya69's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:
- At least 21 years old on the registration date.
- Not a resident or citizen of any country or territory where online gambling is prohibited.
- Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion program on any gambling platform.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Not acting on behalf of any third party or company when registering an account.
- Never been declared bankrupt or subject to insolvency proceedings.
03 Account Registration
Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the gaya69 platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name as per your identity document, date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile number. Inaccurate or false information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include:
- Copy of a valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport.
- Recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of address (not older than three months).
- A selfie with your identity document when requested by the security team.
Gaya69 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for security or regulatory compliance reasons. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
04 Deposits & Payments
Gaya69 supports a variety of local deposit methods suited for players in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within minutes.
- Minimum deposit amount: RM 20 per transaction.
- Daily deposit limits can be set by players themselves through their account settings.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name.
- Gaya69 does not accept deposits from third parties, including family members.
- Any deposit that fails to process will be returned to the original source within 3–5 business days.
05 Withdrawal of Funds
Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the account has completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per transaction.
- Standard processing time: 5 to 30 minutes after approval.
- Withdrawals requiring additional security review may take up to 24 hours.
- Funds derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
- Gaya69 reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawals of RM 10,000 or more.
If there is any discrepancy or issue with a withdrawal, players are required to contact the support team within 72 hours from the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be processed.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
Gaya69 offers a variety of bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotional offer.
- All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) stated in their respective offers.
- The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
- Players may only claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated.
- Gaya69 reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions without prior notice.
- Promotion abuse, including the use of hedging or arbitrage techniques, may result in bonus cancellation.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
07 Betting Rules
All wagering activity on the gaya69 platform must comply with both the general rules and the specific game rules applicable. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.
- Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or modified except through the cash-out feature provided.
- In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, the affected round will be voided and the wagered amount will be refunded.
- Odds or betting coefficients may change until the wager is confirmed.
- Gaya69 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or clearly incorrect odds listing.
- Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are subject to change from time to time.
- The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the platform system.
08 Prohibited Conduct
To ensure a fair and safe experience for all players, the following forms of behaviour are strictly prohibited on the gaya69 platform:
- Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized tools for gameplay.
- Money laundering techniques or illegal fund transfers through the platform.
- Player collusion to manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting bugs, software errors, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward other players or gaya69 staff.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with any third party.
- Any form of fraud or attempts to deceive the platform or other players.
09 Account Suspension & Termination
Gaya69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
- Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team.
- Prior to account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the player once the investigation is complete.
- Accounts suspended for security reasons will not be reinstated until the investigation is complete.
- Players who have registered for a self-exclusion program may not open a new account during the specified period.
If you believe your account was terminated unfairly, you may submit a written appeal to the gaya69 management team within 30 days of the termination date.
10 Privacy & Data Protection

- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to the player's own negligence.
- Losses related to bets placed based on incorrect or incomplete information.
- Service disruptions caused by extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or actions by authorities.

12 Amendment of Terms and Applicable Law
Gaya69 reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to players via their registered email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which gaya69 is registered and operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the player and gaya69 shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
